Site-level Circulations Report
Site-level users now have access to a Circulations report that shows circulations for a date range by physical and digital checkouts, in-library use, and renewals. The report also shows a breakdown by grade level.

Updates to the Circulations Report
You can now view the Circulations report in a bar chart or table. When you export data from a table, you can choose to output the data as either a table (current format) or in a summarized view.

Updates to the Circulations Report
The Circulations report now shows checkouts broken down by physical and digital materials. You can also see Grade Level data using the new filter or the Click to turn on Drill down or Go to the next level in the hierarchy option (based on what data you want to see).

Circulations in Collection Analysis Report
District librarians can now see circulations by checkouts, in-library use, and renewals for the entire district or specific sites.

Collection Analysis - Circulation
The Collection Analysis report now includes circulation data for certain publisher-hosted content.

Resource Counts Report
Several filters were removed to improve load times on the Resource Counts drill-through pages. Also, the Department column on the drill-through page now shows the Department an item belongs to.

1:1 Resource Checkouts District-Level Report Data
The district-level, 1:1 Resource Checkouts report now shows correct data when users drill through from the Patrons: No Items, One Item, and Multiple Items - Checked Out sections.
The drill-through page names have been updated to reflect the data being reported: Patrons without Checkouts, Patron Checkout Details (One Item), and Patron Checkout Details (Multiple Items). For some widgets in the report, the drill-through lets you select one of those three options.

'Collection by Year' Widget in Collection Analysis Report
The Collection Analysis report has two new enhancements:
- In the Collection by Year widget, a Potential Errors category has been added. This shows copies with either a blank or future publication year.
- Items with a publication year in the future are no longer included when calculating the Average Age across the report.

Collection Analysis Report Data
Age Sensitive
The Age Sensitive tab on both the District and Site Analysis pages now includes a Circulations column. This column shows the total number of circulations by the related age-sensitive Dewey range in the last 10 years.
Detailed data for the selected element in the report now includes sublocation, date acquired, last checkout date, and circulations.

Collection Analysis Report Enhancements
Sublocation Data
A Sublocation tab is now available on the District Analysis page. In addition, on both the District and Site Analysis pages, a new Circulations column shows the total number of circulations by sublocation in the last 10 years.
Classifying Fiction and Non-Fiction
To determine if a title is fiction or non-fiction, the report looks at the 008 tag of the MARC record to see if a title is categorized as fiction, non-fiction, or other is selected as follows:

Literary form (position 33) of a book

Literary text for sound recordings for an audiobook

Domestic Destiny Cloud customers can use the new Collection Analysis report to see how the catalog is distributed and areas that need improvement. This lets site librarians quickly make weeding and ordering decisions. District users can view statistics for the entire district, or filter by site, group of sites, or site type.

Enriched Reports
Enriched Reports is an interactive tool that lets districts and schools take a deep dive into their data. Preconfigured reports help track and analyze the library collection, resources, and patrons.
