Resource: Resource Counts

The Resource Counts report is a quick way for you to see the total number of items by resource type and with a particular status.

To access the report, select Resource > Resource Counts.

View data related to the total number of items, such as:

• Total Items by Resource Type and Item Status

  • Total items grouped by resource type and the number with a particular status.
  • List of all items in a resource type (by drilling through on a bar in the graph).

• Total Items at the district or a site.

• Total Items (district level)

  • List of each site in the district with the items at each site (by drilling through).

Do any of the following:

• Use the Resource Type drop-down at the top of the page to select the types of resources to appear in reports.

• To narrow the report to only the data you want to see, use any of the available widgets and filters.
